This is the new Headquarters of the Irmo Fire District.
This station houses the offices of the administrative officers in addition
to the shift of 5 that will be on duty 24/7. We have a ladder truck, an
engine, and a squad running out of this station. We also have a multimedia
conference room to conduct training classes in and double as an EOC for
natural disasters. Future plans are to build a training facility behind the
station to conduct practical application training exercises. This station
is located next to the Honeywell Plant on St. Andrews Rd behind the Bi-Lo
grocery store.
