The Irmo Fire District is accepting applications for lateral firefighters. Applications can be submitted online, via mail, in or in person at our Headquarters Station. Annualized salary is DOQ from $38,963-$40,037.55. This excludes a 7% increase upon earning driver/operator status. Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply starting at $37,108.05.

The Fire Marshal with the Irmo Fire District has several duties involving a variety of functions. Included in this list are Inspections, reviewing renovations and new construction, Public Education and Fire and Arson Investigations.
