Engine 1 is a 1989 FMC and the oldest truck in the Irmo Fleet. This truck is equiped with hard suction and its primary function is drafting in areas with no hydrants. It is also equipped with 6 hand lines and a prepiped deck gun.

 

 

 

 

 

Engine 2

Engine 2 is a 2002 Pierce Enforcer. It has on board foam discharge availability, carries a thermal imager and some extracation equipment. This truck is the first out truck at the Northlake Station. It's equipped with 6 hand lines and a prepiped deck gun.

 

 

 

 

 

Brush Truck

This truck is a 1979 Pierce model. It was donated to us by Allied Chemical (now Honeywell) in the early 1990s. Originally slated for dual roles as an EMS rescue truck and a brush truck, it is now solely a brush truck. It has a 9,000lb winch, cascade system, and pump on the run capabilities.
